The move is complete and I’ll soon be living my city dream.  I’m really excited about all the opportunities the city provides.

It’s funny that we always want what we don’t have.  My friends who live in the city can’t imagine why I would give up my beautiful home on the river in North Carolina.  I’ve always been fortunate to live in such beautiful places. They look at me like I am out of my mind to want to move to the city!!

Always wanting what we don’t have started me thinking about my seminars.

I meet so many hardworking real estate professionals at my seminars. They take notes, ask questions and try to absorb all the information I’m able to share with them on Generating Internet leads.  They leave my seminar energized, ready to optimize their website, generate and convert those leads.  And many do get what they want—more leads, more transactions and more income.

Others who are just as enthusiastic when they leave the seminar just never get around to making the positive changes to generate more leads.  They want to…they just have not done it yet.

If you need some motivation call me.  I’m here to help everyone get what they want.

I hope everyone had a happy new year.  Wishing you all a prosperous 2008!

In September I launched the “Generating, Qualifying and Converting Internet Leads” real estate seminars in New Bern, NC where I live.  It was great to start my new real estate seminar series in my own home town with lots of familiar faces.

The reason I decided on the generating Internet leads seminar topic this year was because I was constantly being asked by my real estate coaching students more and more questions about Internet lead generation, website design and search engine optimization.  Here are some of the questions.

I’m not generating Internet leads from my website, why?

My website is on page 10 when I do a search and I cannot move it up in the rankings?

My website is on page 1 in the top 3-4 positions all the time but I’m still not generating many Internet leads?

Why is my colleague, whose website I cannot even find getting so many Internet leads?

I’ve just gotten a call from a Google representative who promises to have my website placed at the top of the Google search engine for a fee.  Is it a good deal?

And the list of questions goes on and on…..

Now, that the market has shifted to a buyers market, we all need buyers but we must also maintain our listings.  Since 90% of prospects begin their search for property on the Internet we all have to have a good foundation of knowledge about Internet lead generation, website design and what prospects look for on a real estate website.

The real estate training, coaching and seminars on Internet lead generation and website design are being well received.  They are chock full of information. I’m getting lots of great questions.  In future weeks I’ll be sharing some of the great questions with you and offer my tips and tricks to help you become a more successful real estate professional.

I’m meeting lots of new people as I travel around the country.  I look forward to meeting you.
